ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

All paid up members of Telford Athletic Club are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting, to be held at The White Horse Pub, next to Oakengates Leisure Centre, on Thursday 22nd October 2009 at 8.00 pm. The meeting will include financial, secretarial, cross country, track and field reports from the previous year, as well as the election of the club committee for the forthcoming year. If any members wish to propose any change or addition to the club constitution, or any other proposals, please contact Paul Sanderson in advance of the meeting. Copies of the constitution available on request.

Membership Fees for the year 2009/2010 will become payable after the AGM.
This meeting is for the members of the club, please come along and have your say.

If anyone would like to make a nomination for a committee position please use the form below that shows the current holder of each post.
All nominations need to be proposed and seconded by club members. Please bring this form to the meeting or hand it to any committee member.
