Despite the freezing conditions 300 runners and walkers turned up for the annual New Years Day Charity Event, raising over £1000 for local charity's. Richard Roberts from Eryri won in 30.38, with first lady being Alison Lavender from Oswestry in 37.17
Most of the walkers looked well wrapped up bar one, who did it in a pair of Speedo's, not sure how he got through 'Kit Check' but he was doing it for Help The Hero's, so maybe a blind eye was turned
