About Pete
Pete is one of the more charistmatic members of the athletics club, and can be seen at most senior league meetings. He was a very gifted 200m runner, but missed the 2008 season with a broken foot. He decided to concentrate on the 400m in 2009 and finished with a season's best of 52.5 seconds, making him joint third in the club rankings. His best races are in the 4x400m relay team, which has had great success this year. He plans to do more 400m and some 200m races early in 2010 to increase his speed, and hopes to go sub-52 seconds in the 400m.
