About Mike
Formerly a 400m runner, in 2009 Mike decided to step down distances to 200m, with great success. Though he didn't quite match his PB of 400m this year, he ran a very impressive 200m PB of 23.2, making him one of the best 200m runners at the club. He is also a member of the 4x400m senior team and still a very good 400m runner. For someone so new to 200m, Mike shows great promise for the future. Next year, he is looking to move down again to do the 100m and 200m, and is hoping for big PB's in both distances.
